PUBLIC INFORMATION
Federal election law requires the public reporting of all donors contributing more than $200 in a year. The information provided to the FEC includes name, address, donation amount, donation date, and occupation. This information is available at FEC.gov.
USE OF DONOR INFORMATION
Aside from information reported to the FEC, America's Main Street Party is committed to keeping all other donor information confidential. The Party will NEVER use the donor name, address, email address, or phone number for ANY unsolicited communication and will not sell or otherwise let other parties use this data. You read that right! Other than to verify identity, acknowledge a donation, or respond to an inquiry, communication from the Party will either be conveyed through public airwaves or via the Party app and website.
VOTER INFORMATION
The Party will make extraordinary efforts to keep constituent votes confidential. Voter identity will be encrypted during audits to protect the confidentiality of constituents' votes.
Constituent registration information will be selectively made available to select users for the purpose of managing rolls. Constituents within a polling location will be able to see others registered in their district and have an ability to flag or confirm suspect records. A select team of staff will be authorized to assist in culling the constituent database. There will be no capability to export or otherwise use constituent data.
