Executive Officer 

The Executive Officer will oversee all party operations, ensuring strategic goals are met and development is run efficiently. This role involves supervising all departments, enforcing staff procedures, and maintaining accountability for deadlines. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills are required. 

Background and Experience: Must have general management experience. Must have 15-30 years of experience. Should have a software development and/or strong fundraising background. 

Salary: $250,000.00 

Director of Marketing 

The Director of Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the party. Responsibilities include organizing fundraising events, managing donor outreach initiatives, and leading social media campaigns. This role requires experience in strategic marketing, fundraising, and digital engagement, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. 

Background and Experience: Must have experience in political fundraising. Must have 10-25 years of experience. Should have a background in marketing and sales. 

Salary: $150,000.00 

Associate Director of Marketing 

The Associate Director of Marketing will support the Director in developing marketing initiatives, executing outreach programs, and managing social media efforts. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills. 

Background and Experience: Must have experience in political fundraising. Must have 5-10 years of experience. Should have a background in marketing and sales. 

Salary: $100,000.00 

Election Analysts 

Election Analysts will provide data-driven insights into voter behavior, polling trends, and electoral projections to guide the party’s strategy. Responsibilities include analyzing historical election data, tracking campaign performance, and advising on target districts.

Background and Experience: Must have experience in political science, statistics, or data analytics. Must have 5-15 years of experience. Should have a background in electoral analysis, campaign consulting, or public policy research. 

Salary: $120,000.00 

Director of Software Engineering 

The Director of Software Engineering will coordinate with platform designers and developers to oversee the creation and iteration of the party’s digital infrastructure. Responsibilities include working with third-party software developers to review progress, ensure timely updates, and refine the platform as needed. Candidates should have a background in engineering or software development. 

Background and Experience: Must have experience in managing product design. Must have 10-25 years of experience. Should have a background in software development. 

Salary: $150,000.00 

Associate Director of Design 

The Associate Director of Design will assist in coordinating platform development, managing technical reviews, and ensuring timely project updates. A background in software design or engineering is preferred. 

Background and Experience: Must have experience in managing product design. Must have 5-10 years of experience. Should have a background in software development. 

Salary: $100,000.00 

Applications Engineer 

The Applications Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the party’s technology infrastructure, including websites, the mobile app and data systems. 

Background and Experience: Must have expertise in software development, web development, or application engineering. Must have 5-15 years of experience. Should have experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management. 

Salary: $120,000.00 

Director of Operations 

The Director of Operations will oversee the party's staffing, budgeting, and logistical coordination. Responsibilities include financial planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Experience in project management or finance is required.

Background and Experience: Must have experience in managing large organizations or businesses. Must have 10-25 years of experience. Should have a background in program management. 

Salary: $150,000.00 

Associate Director of Operations 

The Associate Director of Operations will assist in budget management, resource planning, and timeline coordination to ensure efficient party operations. Experience in project management or finance is preferred. 

Background and Experience: Must have experience in managing large organizations or businesses. Must have 5-10 years of experience. Should have a background in program management. 

Salary: $100,000.00 

Field Operations Staff 

Field Operations Staff will be responsible for organizing grassroots initiatives, voter outreach efforts, and campaign logistics in targeted districts. 

Background and Experience: Must have experience in political organizing, campaign fieldwork, or logistics management. Must have 3-10 years of experience. Should have a background in community engagement or political advocacy. 

Salary: $75,000.00 

General and Administrative Director 

The General and Administrative Director will oversee human resources, internal policy implementation, and organizational compliance. Responsibilities include staff management, recruitment, and workplace policy enforcement. 

Background and experience: 

Salary: $100,000.00 

Associate General and Administrative Director 

The Associate General and Administrative Director will support the director in handling HR matters, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring smooth administrative functions. 

Background and experience:

Salary: $75,000.00 

Legal Counsel 

The Legal Counsel will provide legal guidance on party operations, ensuring compliance with federal election laws and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing for potential legal pushback and challenges from individuals or corporations and advising on campaign finance laws. A background in election law is required. 

Background and experience: 

Salary: $200,000.00 

Accounting Director 

The Accounting Director will oversee all party finances, including budget management, financial reporting, and compliance with funding regulations. Experience in accounting, finance, or nonprofit financial management is required.
